Ingredients:

1 small head cabbage

1 onion, chopped

8 Tb (1 stick) butter

salt and pepper

10 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup

1/3 cup mayonnaise

3 Tb melted butter

1 cup shredded cheddar
-
1 sleeve (2 short sleeves) Ritz crackers, coarsely crushed

1 lb kielbasa (optional, but recommended)
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease a 2-qt casserole dish.

Coarsely chop cabbage. Melt the stick of butter in a large pan and cook the
cabbage until fairly soft, 8-10 min. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to casserole dish.

Combine soup and mayonnaise. Spread over cabbage.

Combine melted butter, cheese, and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole.

Bake for 30 min or until topping is browned.
